Chicago travellers get excited – Iceland for $99 with WOW Air

If you live in the Chicago area and have ever wanted to travel the the beautiful Iceland, get ready cause now you might actually be able to afford to go.

WOW Air is coming to Chicago, and they are really bringing the cheap prices. You can book now and travel to Iceland in July. Unlike most airlines who offer really cheap deals, this one is actually available.

Other than one day, it seems that most of the other available flights to Reykjavik are $200. Of course the $99 flight doesn’t include anything other than your ticket and one personal bag, but it’s still a great deal. You’ll have to dig up some loose change to pay for your luggage, as well as your return flight (which will cost you $200!).

WOW Air’s flights from Chicago don’t begin until July, but booking is already available.

If you’re not interested in Iceland’s landscape, and are wiling to spend a bit more, you can visit a long list of European cities for $150. Some of the available cities include: Brussels, Stockholm, London, Bristol and Amsterdam. Here is a full list of flights, from all the cities that WOW Air flies to and from.

If you are going to book, be aware that WOW Air only flies on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. In addition, only certain days of certain months will have the cheap fairs offered. You’re not likely to get the $150 deal during the summer, and will probably have to wait until a less busy time in the fall.
