If you’re a fan of LEGO Star Wars and Star Wars: The Mandalorian, you’re probably familiar with the iconic ship known as the Razor Crest. LEGO has recently released a new Ultimate Collector’s Series set, featuring a large and highly detailed model of the Razor Crest. As an avid LEGO builder and Star Wars fan, I was eager to get my hands on this set and put my building skills to the test.

When the set arrived, I was impressed by the quality of the packaging and the art on the boxes. The set comes in two boxes, each with two books and 40 bags of pieces. The building process was challenging but incredibly fun, and I appreciated the mix of building techniques and pieces. The set features a cockpit, sleeping quarters, side hatches, cargo compartment, weapons cabinet, and a carbon-freezing chamber, as well as several minifigures and figures, including The Mandalorian, Mythrol, Kulil, Grogu (Baby Yoda), and a Blurrg.

However, I did encounter a few issues during the building process. Some of the internal details could benefit from additional contact points to stay in place, and the top section doesn’t have the snappiest connection to the frame. Additionally, the landing gear doesn’t retract for air travel, which was disappointing. Despite these minor issues, I was overall pleased with the quality and level of detail in the set.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the LEGO Razor Crest Ultimate Collector’s Series set is a must-have for any Star Wars fan or advanced LEGO builder. The set is incredibly detailed and features a variety of building techniques and pieces. While there were a few minor issues during the building process, the final product is a stunning display piece that any fan would be proud to own. If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding building experience, I highly recommend this set.
