Chick-fil-A is either completely off base with the rest of the marketplace or ahead of the game with their Memorial Day store hours decision.
It’s Memorial Day, and if you’re wondering whether or not Chick-fil-a is open today you probably don’t go there very often. Chick-fil-A is a business that thrives, it seems, despite never ever being open.
They don’t stay open late. They only operate six out of the seven days of the week. They routinely take holidays off. To be fair, this is a great benefit to their employees, who get more time off than the rest of their fast food brethren. Needless to say, the store will not be open on Memorial Day.
You can kill Chick-fil-A for being the no fun brigade, but never being open is kind of their thing. Here’s a list of holidays you need to start training your body to not want Chick-fil-A on.

They’re also not open on Sundays, which again begs the question of if they’re way off base or true to their brand. If we’re being biblically technical, God rested on the seventh day and so too does Chick-fil-A.
Any store that can pull off a commercial with a cow openly endorsing and advocating fowl genocide surely can call their own shots when it comes to store hours.
