Groupon is practically giving away a bunch of iPad Air first generation models.
If you’re looking for something to splurge on as we get deeper into the summer, the Groupon has a deal that might be hard to pass up.
Usually, Apple doesn’t offer any sort of discounts, which makes getting an iPad harder than it should be. With competitors like Amazon Kindle and others on the market, you’d think Apple would make their back-dated models of tech easier to get.
For a limited, and still unknown amount of time, Groupon is basically giving away the first generation iPad Air for 51 percent off.
Unlike most Groupon deals, this one doesn’t have an expiration date but it looks like we’re getting to the bottom of the barrel. Right now there are only two options left as far as color is concerned and you can only choose from the 16GB WiFi+Cellular option.
Still, getting an iPad Air for over half-off is a steal. Sure, it’s not the latest tech from Apple but the iPad is basically the same thing over and over, albeit skinner and a little faster.
You could spend $600 on a new iPad Air 2 or wait for the next-gen or you could embrace your inner-hipster and get a ‘vintage’ Apple item and not break the bank to enjoy your summer reading by the lake.
