If you’re a parent or like Lego — perhaps even both — then Lego Dad is the Instagram account you should be following like yesterday.

Not every parent is on Instagram, but they should be. It might be a young person’s game but there’s an account you need to be following — Lego Dad.

Even if you’re not a parent, the account is worth a follow since it’s probably the most relatable Instagram account out there. The whole idea of the account revolves around parenting tropes and problems that everyone with kids encounter.

Just look at some of these gems:

    https://www.instagram.com/p/BVaJwzWlu-I/?taken-by=the.lego.dad

It’s not hard to appreciate the account no matter who you are.

There just aren’t enough accounts like this out there that bridge the gap between all Lego fans, which is really what this is about. There’s no age limit for Lego and that’s really what this account represents, and that’s special.

A lot of our memories of Lego date back to playing with our parents or getting them handed down to us from our parents. For a lot of us, it’s one of the first memories we shared with our families and it holds a special place in our hearts.

Maybe I’m waxing poetic about this account but it’s not hard to draw this connection. There’s a certain charm about Lego and there’s a nice little charm about this account. What better to go hand-in-hand than Lego, memories and witty dad jokes that we can all appreciate?
