Soundcore Headphones Review: The Same Quality As Your Favorite Soundcore Speaker

Today, I want to share my thoughts on the Soundcore Noise Cancelling Headphones. These headphones promise advanced noise cancellation technology, hi-res sound, and up to 40 hours of playtime. With over 23,000 reviews and an average rating of 4.5 out of 5, I was excited to see how they would perform after loving my Soundcore speaker for years!

I bought these headphones mainly for the noise cancellation feature, as I work in a noisy environment. The noise cancellation is impressive and effectively filters out up to 95% of ambient noise. The three different modes of active noise cancellation provide a customized experience for different environments. The sound quality is excellent, with thumping bass and crisp treble that extends up to 40kHz for improved clarity. However, the user experience is lacking, with some features only available through a phone app. The white noise function is handy but limited, and the headphones can be challenging to turn on in the dark.

Comfort is key when it comes to headphones. The Soundcore Life Q30 headphones have ultra-soft protein leather earcups with memory foam padding built into the ear cups and headband. This ensures that the headphones fit softly and snugly on your head while giving you pressure-free comfort. The lightweight build also ensures they’re comfortable for long listening sessions. There are several buttons on the left and right ear cups that give you power control, track control, and active noise cancellation control. This means that you don’t have to fumble with your device to control your music or environment.

Deep thundering bass is just one feature of the Soundcore Life Q30 headphones, which also offer precision-tuned dual 40mm silk diaphragm drivers that produce treble up to 40 kilohertz and 16 hours of bass capabilities. In other words, these Q30 headphones deliver hi-res audio with higher clarity and richer details to give you a more immersive listening experience, topping everything off with Sbc and A A C. If you’re the kind of individual who likes to fully customize the way your headphones actually sound right out of the box, you should be happy with the Soundcore signature EQ settings. I love how these headphones are so much like my favorite Soundcore speaker!

    Advanced Noise Cancellation Technology

The Soundcore Life Q30 headphones are a great option if you’re in the market for high-quality headphones with active noise cancellation. They deliver the same incredible sound that you love from your Soundcore speaker. They take active noise cancellation a step further in these Life Q30 headphones with hybrid active noise cancellation that detects and filters out up to 95% of ambient noises around you no matter the setting or the situation you’re in. There are three different modes of active noise cancellation to choose from, allowing you to custom tailor your noise cancellation to your particular situation. You have indoor mode for blocking out the noises of people chatting around you. You have outdoor mode for blocking out the sound of traffic and wind. And transport mode, which blocks out the sounds of your traveling engine.

    Ultimate Noise Cancellation Experience

Customize your noise cancellation experience with the Life Q30’s 3 modes: Transport, Outdoor, and Indoor. This allows you to have the ultimate noise cancellation experience, no matter where you are or what you’re doing. The transparency mode is basically the opposite of active noise cancellation. It bypasses ANC and passive noise cancellation to amplify the noise around you in your ear. While you might wonder why you’d want this, it’s great for when you need to listen for an announcement or have a quick conversation with someone without having to take your headphones off.

Long Battery Life Like the Soundcore Speaker

With a 720 million power battery, the Soundcore Life Q30 headphones boast up to 40 hours of music playback with ANC turned on and up to 60 hours of playback with ANC turned off. This means that you can listen for days without needing to recharge. Plus, if your Life Q30 headphones are dead because you’ve been listening to them too much, you have fast charging as an option as well. Just five minutes of these babies on the charger, you will get four hours of music playback.

    Good Hardware, Lacking User Experience

The user experience department is where the Soundcore Life Q30 headphones fall short, despite their impressive hardware. For example, the headphones only fit in the case when you fold them inwards a specific way, taking them out and unfolding them can be cumbersome. The power button is the same size and shape as every other button, and you have to hold it for 3 seconds to turn it on. When using the headphones with 3.5mm, the NC or EQ features are not supported. Adjusting NC and EQ settings is tied to a phone app only, which can be inconvenient. Despite the issues with user experience, the Soundcore Life Q30

    Pros:

    • Advanced Noise Cancellation Technology
    • Customizable Noise Cancellation Modes
    • Hi-Res Music Quality

    Cons:

    • Limited 3.5mm Connection Features
    • User Experience Lacking
    • Complicated Functions for Sleep Aid

    Conclusion

Overall, the Soundcore Life Q30 headphones are an excellent choice for those looking for active noise cancellation and hi-res sound. The pressure-free comfort and long battery life make them perfect for long listening sessions. However, the lack of certain features and complicated user experience may be a turn-off for some users. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend these headphones for their impressive noise cancellation and sound quality.
