Indiana Pacers star Paul George was spotted rocking the latest pair of Nike PG1 sneakers during Sunday’s game against the Toronto Raptors.
Even though the Indiana Pacers haven’t exactly looked like legitimate NBA title contenders this season, it’s still been a really promising year for their superstar Paul George.
Currently, George has one of the hottest sneakers on the market with his first ever signature with Nike, the PG1, being unveiled a few months ago. There are all kinds of different color schemes for George’s first sneaker, but on Sunday, PG-13 unveiled arguably the most creative scheme with the sneakers.
The Pacers took on the Toronto Raptors on Sunday, and while they lost in a blowout, George was looking fresh rocking his new pair of sneakers during warmups. Sole Collector shared a picture of the new pair of sneakers, which you can see below courtesy of their Twitter account.

It seems that the deal between George and Nike is already paying dividends, because the PG1s are generating all kinds of buzz among sneakerheads and NBA fans. There’s a real chance that Nike will have to come up with another color scheme this summer or next year if George winds up playing somewhere else, as there were plenty of trade rumors swirling around him during the NBA trade deadline.
Regardless of what the future holds for George, he has to be pretty excited to see all of the positive reviews for his first ever signature shoe.
