The 4th of July is the perfect time in the summer to spend time with friends and family. It’s also a great time for grilling out, drinking beer, shooting off fireworks and taking a swim in the nearby pool or lake.
All of these activities sound great, but almost all of them require party supplies. Sometimes you get busy and forget to get the buns, burgers and beers ahead of time. For those who become the ultimate procrastinators, the go-to place is probably going to be Walmart in the morning before participating in the festivities.
While you may be worried that Walmart is closed on Independence Day, don’t worry, because the store operates normal hours during the 4th of July. In fact, the only day when Walmart isn’t open is Christmas Day, although there are limited hours during Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.
Depending on which Walmart you go to, the store could be open 24 hours a day. That’s right, you could show up at 3 a.m. the morning of the 4th and stock up on fireworks, lawn chairs, swim trunks, hot dogs and then go ahead and treat yourself to a new TV because this is America.
That’s great news for last-minute shoppers, but there’s also some great news for all Walmart shoppers. The retail outlet also has July 4th specials for all kinds of products, including grills, patio furniture, televisions and more.
So don’t stress out if you’re too busy or simply forget to pick up your supplies for the 4th of July. Walmart will have you covered.
