Netflix Releases for September 2016

For everyone out there that’s struggling to find new things to watch on Netflix, we have some great news for you. Not only are there new seasons of some of the online streaming platform’s most popular shows, but there are also some big movies and new series dropping in September.

The September release schedule features a number of big titles coming out. As far as TV series go, easily the most highly anticipated new show coming out is Marvel’s Luke Cage, which will feature another one of The Defenders who was introduced in Jessica Jones. New seasons of popular shows like Family Guy, New Girl and the Netflix original series Narcos will also be coming out in September.

For movies, there are a handful of classics that will be available on Netflix over the month of September. The Tom Cruise classic Top Gun will be available to stream, as will movies like Footloose and Saving Private Ryan.
