6. Be sure to get a refund or replacement for any broken items you receive
This one is similar to stolen items, in the sense that it seems nothing is worse than when you open your box to find what you bought is broken. Along with a replacement item (unless you prefer a refund), they will send you postage to ship the defective item back at no cost to you. So if you get something from Amazon that’s not working, don’t just write an angry review and storm away. Get a new item or your money back, because there’s no hassle at all involved.
