West Virginia is an area that many people have yet to explore. The rolling mountains and vast forests can be traversed for days. What can make that journey more enjoyable? How about a refreshing Greenbrier Valley Brewery beer.
According to Greenbrier Valley Brewery, the company’s motto is to “get out, explore, bring beer.” The statement is simple and clear. Adventure is waiting and it makes you thirsty. To bring more awareness to the state, the Greenbrier Valley Brewery beers are named after “local legends, mythical figures, and locales.” You might not know the reference, but you might want to explore the reference after drinking one of the beers.
With a nod to the adventurous spirit of West Virginia, the Wild Trail Pale Ale is a great beer to try. Although I haven’t explored the West Virginia trails personally, I’ve been told that they are wild, winding adventures. This beer, with its golden color, brings you on a taste adventure. The beer has some tropical fruit flavor mixed with pine notes. The balanced beer is great at the successful end of a big adventure.
